Figured I’d share the first line of my YA work-in-progress because I actually do sort of love it a lot. 😊

I honestly can’t say what I’m more attracted to—watching Kiki Kapoor trying to pick the lock to our band director’s office door or knowing that if she fails it means I’ll never have to hear Chapman Torres utter the phrase “fingering my bass” ever again.
