Retired from the Federal Government nearly 3 years ago, after working for 32 years in 3 different agency GC offices, and the prior 6 advocating before and fighting various agencies. It’s perhaps predictable that nothing has changed, where a body of Congress in partisan opposition to the Administration creates window dressing legislation that feigns prudence but is, in fact, a thinly veiled attempt to confound an actual legislative purpose embodied in law. #fiscallaw #law
