In vintage shops, I like to dig their bins of kitchen utensils or the ones dedicated to old tools in case I find something interesting to use to carve my ceramic sculptures. I had no clue what these are, but Google view identified these as a fish descaler and a pineapple knife respectively. I've tried them already and they have potential.
