Good morning #fitdevs, I owe you a new challenge for #devscanruntoo. We will start the week with the same exercise as last time before leveling up on Wednesday.
Alright #fitdevs, let's go for exercise two in the first week of our little #devscanruntoo challenge. Same as last time - five minutes walking warmup, then the "run one minute, walk for one and a half" intervals. But this time 8 times, not 6. Then cool down. Have fun!

Ok, let's get started. First step: Check your health. If you are massively overweight, suffer from problems with your joints or have high blood pressure, talk to a doctor. Don't hurt yourself. If you want to follow along anyway, walk fast instead of running.
