They're often sore due to the fibro and I want them to be stronger, and hopefully less sore as a result.
So doing tge shoulder press is a challenge as it is a tad painful. But someday I hope to have less issues and... Have beautiful looking shoulders as a result.

For some reason, the shoulder press and converging shoulder press are always hard for me. Pushing my arms last my head and up always feels so hard.
Maybe I just need to train it more...

Using the converging chest press this morning. I got from 25 kilo's to 32! It's heavy but I did 3x 8 and it was hard but good. A better challenge than 3x 12 on 25 kilos.
According to the machine, it's 70 lbs om pushing now.

About 3 years ago I managed about 80 kilos. Then I didn't use it too much, Covid19 and my old gym taking it away.
Since I joined the newer gym I've been practicing it and am now at 100 lbs (45 kilo's). Just past halfway where I was. But I'm building my triceps again. 😊
