I’m nearly 51, i’ve been #running nearly 20 years and I’m just not interested in fast running. I have no need to prove anything, no desire to push myself to my limits, i have not one competitive bone in my body … and all these benefits of moderate moderation means a) no #run is ever a disappointment, b) I never get injured (apart from once grazing my palms slipping on gravel), and c) i stay forever youthful 😉😅

There are countless studies on how many steps we should take each day to improve health and live longer, so I'll get right to it:
Walking at least 3,967 steps per day is a minimum threshold to reduce the risk of death from any cause, according to a large review of research.
That's not the final word—um, number—on the subject, but it's a good starting point for an article on how just a little ambling around can really boost mood and #health.

- 20 banded pull apart
- 10 dead bug overhead let down
Core & Shoulders: 4 rounds
- 10 banded lat pulls in hollow
- 30" weighed plank
- 20 banded face pulls
Modified pull up: 12 rounds
- 1 banded pull up (use as many bands as needed - did not have enough 😭 )
- 30-45" rest
So I'll try the banded pull ups tomorrow at the gym, I really need extra support.

RNA Editing, we started arguing long ago, also adds additional regulatory variety and proves advantageous in drastic fitness changes---though RNA editing works by adding more variants, not greater number of regulatory possibilities (network connectivity) as it is hypothesized for polyploidy. Maybe this explains why the latter is maladaptive in stable fitness landscapes, whereas RNA Editing often isn't?
