I've been using FitOn app to bake some kind of exercise on my day to day without taking a long time either and I have to day, I found I really like stretching and meditation stuff with Vytas, one of the trainers on the app. The tone of his voice is so relaxing.

I mean, he says "relax" and it's like automatic 🤣 it's pretty funny and useful

Gadgetbridge has the same connectivity issues that I experienced with the Mi Fit app. (Basically, I walk out of Bluetooth reach of my phone, connection breaks and I have to reboot my phone to have connection again... limits the usefulness a lot.) I reckon it's a hardware issue with my phone.

It doesn't have that not-optional weight tracking feature and the non-chronobiology-aware sleep advice of the Mi Fit app, though. And I can keep all the data on my device.
