- 1 banded pull up (use as many bands as needed - did not have enough π )
- 30-45" rest
So I'll try the banded pull ups tomorrow at the gym, I really need extra support.

Started off light, but I've been quickly adding weight on the squats and deadlifts, while slowly pushing up the bench and overhead press. ποΈββοΈ

Tuesday was the first day of a wave with extreme heat, so I will hydrate more and likely split my walks so I don't put myself at risk.
As important exercise and fitness is, it is NEVER worth risking your overall health or wellbeing. Be smart about exercising, be kind to yourself, keep your focus on the goal but adjust your way there if needed. It's ok. You got this!
