Massive flooding at the Fitzroy River at Fitzroy Crossing in Western Australia. The river height went from around a metre to a record 15.81 metres (~52 feet). The previous record was 13.95m in 2002.

The Fitzroy River up in the Kimberly, ancient river, in monsoon:

"The river flow rate was usually about 8,000 cubic metres a second. Now, it’s about 60,000 cubic metres a second."

Checking my math but that's 50% higher than the average flow on the Ganges, and about 1/4 of an Amazon flow? Lot of water going through the Kimberly right now.
