1) I had a fairly traumatic childhood in Green Bay, WI, and moved to Minneapolis in a ‘87 to find my people. My favorite band of the time was The Replacements, and within a month I was in a band with their guitarist’s wife. She rocked.
2) I lived with debilitating depression since age 14, and finally sought help when I was 30. I’m 55 now I feel like I’m 25 because my life reset. Lots of things helped to facilitate the changes (never took medication) but…
