Instead of complaining about people's April Fools posts... why not just log out for the day?

It's the fourth battery for our family's MacBook Air. 3 batteries in 9 years, not bad, huh.

My dishwasher has a tendency of tripping the central switch of the house if unused for a while. This happens as soon as you plug it in, no need to turn it on. Last time I looked for a fault in the main board (installed in the door) and didn't find anything, but it worked as soon as I assembled it back. I suspect is some humidity build up and a sensitive switch.

This time I sprayed all the contact with WD-40 and I hope that keeps the humidity away!

Keeping an eye on Teenager 1, while he disassembles his Game Boy Advance SP to try and correct/clean a sticky trigger issue.

"You don't want one of those new fangled electric cars, you can't work on them." Well me, my spanners and my trusty multimeter say otherwise.

To help make connections: name 5-7 things that interest you, but aren't in your profile, as tags so they are searchable. Then, boost this post or repeat its instructions so others know to do the same.

Here's my version of virtue signaling:

I opened up my friend's non-functioning 20 year old DeLongi Oil/Radiator Heater, which is quite simple inside, diagnosed the bad potentiometer with my multimeter and poseur EE skills (after watching pro howtos on the utubes,) ordered replacement part online, installed and reconnected and "boom". Power restored, Captain.
