My challenge question for advocates of "tearing down ", do you have a ready-made to step in to force the old one out? To supplant it's functions (whether those functions are broke or not)? It's not going anywhere on it's own, it will just contract & crush the little guys as it slowly collapses.

I want to gut the system too, but we're still a few evolutions of ideology away from anything close to a systemic replacement.
