Continuing to document my journey of testing the #flair Pro 2. It took quite a while to get the grind size dialed in. It was very frustrating, believe me. But I persisted, found a local roaster, watched a stack of videos and I'm getting consistent results. #coffee

anyone worked on improving the accuracy of NER of #spaCy for German (or English)? https://github.com/explosion/spaCy/issues/12488.. I was expecting to find a few open source projects publishing at least training data. I looked at #Flair which works better but it adds too much overhead since we are already using spaCy anyway. might start my own dataset and publish it.

I flew #Flair Air last night for the 1st time. Flight left a bit late but made up time so we arrived early. Baggage was out on carousel when I disembarked. Very speedy.

Front end issues:

Very long line just to get tag & check bag
No check-in machines nor self baggage drop
Gate was unknown at check in, was directed to correct terminal but no gate assigned <1 hour before departure
No pouch on seat back
No plugs at seats

Overall good. I would try again.

A colleague brings their #Flair #Espresso maker to work these days.

And combined with an #1ZPresso K grinder and good beans it makes a *really* tasty espresso. As in, I'd happily pay 600 yen for it in a cafe kind of good. And the whole process is a lot of fun, if a little heavy on the prep and cleaning.

I need to get one of my own methinks.
