In a sense, we "forecasted" this in 2007 in our study for the "Stratégie nationale d'adaptation de l'agriculture tunisienne et des écosystèmes aux changements climatiques." In addition to my note about the flammability of Prusament PETG Matte Black: Here is a short video that shows how fast it catches fire and how intense it burns.
Most PETG filaments do not catch fire, or if they to, they do not sustain the flame.
