I lube the threads of my flashlights with silicone grease. This makes the threads smooth as butter when screwing the body on or off.

I do this on my screw-cap fountain pens too. I apply the grease on the inside threads of the cap, so there's not much excess on the pen barrel threads. (I wipe it with a clean cloth, to make sure.)

Multi-channel flashlights are fun! These are Emisar D2 lights, they use 14500 batteries (AA size). They have one channel that is white and I ordered these with the second channel having a different color emitter: One blue, one green, one red.

Due to the size, these emitters in this light body can come off a bit squarish up close with a clear optic, which makes for some interesting beam interactions.

I got some new #flashlights tonight in the mail.

BLF LT1 is the lantern. This is going to replace my Coleman lantern that's 3x heavier and takes C cells rather than rechargeables.

Lumintop LM01 is the copper light with the tritium. I really like the feel of this, and I'm probably going to pocket this one for awhile. The beam is super warm and nice.

The last one is a FireFlies PL09Mu. It's a mule light (no optic) and super floody. It's just a bit on the heavy side. Really neat though.

There's this show on cable before, forgot the name but it has "Haunting" in it and there is no re-enactment on it. They just tell the stories while showing the actual locations. I prefer it that way.

Also, I was a huge fan of that paranormal show ABS had back then, where they have an actual empath with them that just lets entities take control of her. Of course, I can't the title as well.

Many moons ago, people used lighters for the same effect, which was pretty, but sometimes you got your fingers burned. With mobile phones you can still get a similar effect, of many little lights shining in a huge concert room, and it is beautiful.
