It has been a WEEK... both figuratively AND literally. I wasn't 200 miles into my move on Monday, and my brand new moving truck and trailer had a blowout on I-80. I waited in the middle of nowhere from 6pm to midnight for 2 tow trucks, which added a day to the move. The good news: I made it to Billings Thursday afternoon and to work at KTVQ Friday morning! WHEW! The moral of the story: remember to get the insurance!

I have a spare bike so I didn't rush to fix it. I ordered two tubes. Never found the cause of the flat. Expected to find some sharp object in the tire but didn't. The new tube seems fine. Have ridden on it several miles.
The question is what do people do? A car will carry a spare and changing it you don't get so filthy.
