if you are looking for free software, i would not recommend #flectra, since at the time of creation, they voluntarily violated all the licenses of #odoo.
This is not a very good signal.

I feel you. This is a serious pain, esp for a small org. I'm looking at solutions for managing all of that. What are you using? The most promising i've seen as of now is still #tryton or #odoo (maybe #flectra, a fork of odoo).
