#German companies #Rheinmetall and #Flensburger_Fahrzeugbau_Gesellschaft will receive government permission to ship 187 #Leopard_1 tanks to #Ukraine, Business Insider reports.

#Rheinmetall will deliver 88 tanks to #Kyiv, and #Flensburger will deliver 99. The publication, however, notes that many of these vehicles are in need of repair. The first tanks will arrive no earlier than the middle of this year.
