Does the fact that Plaintiffs agreed to a Magistrate Judge make you more or less confident in the strength of their case which alleges "organic fluorine" was detected in P&G "100% organic cotton" product, but without discussing quantities including environmental background levels?

#Fluorine is highly reactive but some organic (carbon-containing) fluorine compounds exist in nature with natural sources in rocks, plants, sea sponges, etc.

They did not further analyze what the compound(s) found were or state any quantities, so the #lawsuit cannot be compared to state/federal guidelines which vary widely (0.02 to 1000 ng/L for water for example).

#PFOS are considered a more dangerous form of fluorine than #PFAS but lawsuit does not distinguish.
