Coming off an #ssri as I've been on two at max for quite some time, planning to up #vortioxetine when its safe and get rid of #fluoxetine. Currently made it to 0mg fluoxetine and my god is the world painful! Desperate to get my levels balanced again when I can increase my vortioxitine.

Had a really bad #anxiety day today! Was starting to settle taking #fluoxetine and #propranolol however the propranolol made my resting heart rate go down to 50 and this made me feel faint. Not sure if it was a panic attack or genuinely my heart was too slow. Feeling terrified now. 😔

I'll just put this out there.
I'm currently suffering with #depression, I haven't been at work since June.
Now on my 3rd different medication.
Had #Citalopram & #Sertraline neither worked
Now on #Fluoxetine (#Prozac)
Hoping to see a change
