Desperate DRoss.
@TheNational #FMQs: Douglas Ross warned for using prop photo of Humza Yousaf

RT @StormySturgeon
Douglas Ross wore a pin showing a rainbow and Scottish flag side by side during #FMQs. But his voting record shows he voted against allowing same sex marriage, he voted against laws to promote equality and human rights and he voted against equal gay rights.https://www.thenational.scot/news/19347734.douglas-ross-wearing-rainbow-pin-holyrood/
I dint know about you but I can't wait to read his pithy observations on #FMQs in the Welsh Senedd, given his new-found interest in devolved Parliaments.

John Crace gives us his tuppence worth on #FMQs in The Guardian, regrettably demonstrating he's just another tedious London hack.
Apparently "Kate Forbes predictably told [Yousaf] he could stick his offer of a demotion to rural affairs where the sun don’t shine. Yousaf merely played dumb. Feigning surprise, while continuing to pack his cabinet with his own – and Nicola Sturgeon’s – supporters. He fooled no one. Least of all MSPs in his own party. There will be trouble ahead."

John Crace on #FMQs valedictory speeches:
“Ross merely went low again. Damning Sturgeon with faint praise. She had always governed in her party’s interest rather than the country. A cheek considering the Tories had crashed the UK economy as part of a vanity project. It was crass. Shabby. Then no more than anyone expected from him. Dougie is just another Tory leader soon to be heading for the exit.”
As @CloudyMrs put it, “DRoss really is a horrible wee shitebag, eh?”
ITV News starts its report from Scotland with a clip of #FMQs and DRoss accusing the FM of lying which is left hanging there unquestioned.
And no hatchet job on the SNP for the consumption of the pearl-clutching wingnuts in the English Home Counties would be complete without Peter 'Gotcha' Smith doorstepping her about her "greatest regret" and if it was "not getting independence".
The First Minister’s final FMQs and Douglas Ross simply cannot rise to the occasion in any way at all. What a utterly pathetic little man. If Sarwar is smart he’ll completely change the tone

The FM should remind Ross about this the next time he raises Education at #FMQs.
"Afghan girls may be blocked from taking GCSEs as families moved from London.
" ‘Barbaric’ to take away exam chance after all teenage refugees have overcome, headteacher says. "
The FM has played a blinder today, robustly defending the record of the government with facts at #FMQs. On all key fronts Scotland is performing better than rUK.
Kate Forbes did the SNP and the government an enormous disservice with her ill-advised and thoughtless remarks at the STV hustings this week. If she does win the leadership vote, she will have them forever thrown back in her face by the opposition.
Andrew Marr on LBC with Paul Hutcheon just now after playing a clip of Kate Forbes "tearing lumps out of her colleague" Humza Yousaf and "her own party's record in government".
The unionist media are beside themselves. Maybe Kate can stand in for Douglas Ross at #FMQs tomorrow.
Isn't this format a bit unionist leaning of deliberately creating ammunition for #fmqs and opposition parties?
"In her opening remarks during Tuesday night’s STV debate, Forbes said: “More of the same is not a manifesto – it is an acceptance of mediocrity. We can do better.”"
Wee Dougie will be rubbing his pudgy hauns with glee. We should have a sweepstake for how many times he can mention "mediocrity" in his questions at this week's #FMQs.
With friends like Forbes, who needs enemies?
While @NicolaSturgeon says @scotgov is doing what it can to help with #EnergyBills.
Yet, Scottish courts still allow #energy firms apply for warrants to install pre-payment meters.
Watch what @LabourMercedes and @FionaHyslop have to say at #FMQs:

The "SNP/Green group have said they will not support the plans and will instead lodge an amendment calling for the £50k to be distributed to local foodbanks."
Just last week at #FMQs the unionists were carping about insufficient Council resources...
