Yesterday.... I had a MASSIVE WIN on open governmental records!

Up to yesterday, Monroe County Indiana (Bloomington, home of IU) did not publish any health records anywhere online. In fact, one had to go in person from 10a-1p to the Health Department, and request **paper** records. Then, a week later, they would make them available at $.10/page. No online or digital records.

Yesterday, our health administrator told the County Commissioners the all restaurant and food based health records will be available from a website by the end of the week, and no later than 2/7 if there's problems!

I call that my good deed done in civics!
