OGP is based on #RDF.

@janmartinkeil It was more a high level overview of this field, this event is to network with other fields to exchange knowledge and ideas.

Regarding your points (my view):

Ontologies are more like the description of how the data is modeled. For example, the ontology #FOAF says `foaf:Person` is a Person. While the #KnowledgeGraph (KG) will have `<Dylan> rdf:type foaf:Person` to say that I'm a person modeled according to the FOAF ontology. The data in the KG is modeled after the ontology.

I don't know much about the #fediverse protocols, but I wonder if it's time for someone to resurrect #FOAF and work it in there.

@CrowderSoup@mastodon.technology I'm pretty sure something like a mix of #foaf and #openid might do it (places, possibly moving, where you maintain your identities).

Will then have to deal with protocols variety to :
* Receive your friend's rss feed in your opensocial client
* Poke him back from your Diaspora* client if you want
* ...

And build this against GAFA, since their silos are mandatory for their business model. #Babel of social interactions will remain for a while i'm afraid ;-)
