Intra #ECLS CT reasonable modality to assess for significant brain damage when MRI is not feasible, and findings could be used to guide clinical decision-making. In this study, in patients who received CT & MRI within 15 days, CT had 100% PPV for significant neurologic injury. MRI improved identification of smaller ischemic lesions and micro-hemorrhages vs CT.
