Does "focus time" on your work calendar mean "I'm working on some heinous task, e.g. annual reporting, please please please interrupt with something trivial and not remotely time sensitive" or is that just me?

Got a new MacBook Pro up and running this week and had my first sustained coding day in a while. Managed to work through (most of) what I'd planned before needing to jump over to making dinner for the teens. New work held up pretty well under this evening's testing by my QA department (wife). So, yay! 😎

(I dare to hope for some momentum on this before I inevitably get ambushed by some other distractions / chores / family duties...)
