Do you recommend any #distractionFree writing #software ?

Today a friend suggested that it might be easier for me to write on the keyboard instead with a pen. Normally I'm trying to keep away from the screen (my day job is programming), but maybe I could find a good flow with a well designed application?

I know #focuswriter , #ghostwriter, #calmlywriter .

The point is to just write, I can manage a wiki / a graph of notes separately.

Like check this out! There's a program called #FocusWriter that lets you make *your own damn themes*. How cool is that? And not by inserting obscure hex codes in a config file in a dignified manner, but like... with a graphic interface.

I love #wordgrinder. We've been through a lot together. A hella lot. We've cried. We've laughed. We've cringed. We've swooned. But how can I *not* write werewolf fiction without moody themes like this? Come on! I'm only human...

Ich bin ein großer Fan von Tools zum ablenkungsfreien Schreiben. Unter Windows war #Q10 stets mein Favorit.
Den gab und gibt es nicht für #Linux. Aber es naht Hilfe. Gerade habe ich #Focuswriter 1.8.3 installiert.Der sollte es auch mindestens so gut tun.

I like to do my 📝 creative writing in plain text, editing with FocusWriter and using Zim to organize things.

#Zim is a local wiki that displays your files in their directory structure on the left and file contents on the right, functioning as a two-pane outliner. It does markdown, templates, tags, and lots more. zim-wiki.org/
