Since many #corporations now prefer to do #customerservice via internet chat, it takes 3x as long to get problems resolved than it used to. I guess it's cheaper to simply pack more work on to individual line workers until they collapse and then they get the next piece of #fodder in line.

My excuse to buy a Lotus Europa fell through, thanks to our fantastic neighbour Ed, who delivered (and in fairness, sold us) our Christmas tree from Fodder in the back of his ute. 🎄
