In good news today - got the go ahead from my dietitian to use the Monash app to re- challenge myself on foods as soon as I’m feeling better.
This is really exciting news for me, because the more foods (especially verges and legumes) I can add back into my diet, the better! And each challenge is done scientifically and gradually, so I know if any food is causing an issue.
I’ll be very excited if soy makes it through the challenge this time.

@LifeTimeCooking I am very lucky to have a few Asian groceries close by, so interesting ingredients are around.

My dietitian is worth every dollar for the help, as was investing many years ago in the Monash Uni app.
