Meh. When I read an abstract that includes two primary outcomes, it makes me sad. I actively feel my confidence in the researchers dropping and I want to stop reading. I trust nothing that comes after.

Is this bias bad? How much of an impact on the study could not understanding the basics of study design have? Or am I missing something…should I re-examine how much weight I put on this error?
