Seen #China's most recent threat to make on-board inspections on commercial vessels from #Taiwan, it's time for a robust #FONOP in the #TaiwanStrait to make it clear to Beijing that these are international waters and it has ZERO jurisdiction over them.

According to a finding from #UNCLOS arbitration court in 2016, #Beijing's #NineDashLine is wishful thinking without any lawful foundation.
