#MealPrep for the short work week. Air fryer shrimp tossed with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Shrimp served over pearl tri-color couscous and garlicky green beans and grape tomatoes. Chimichurri sauce was added on top, mixed in once reheated. #Pescatarian #FoodIdeas #Foodie

In case you ever find yourself with a hard bolillo, sandwich bread getting to the end of it's life, or corn tortillas that are past their rolling capability - they can still be utilized! I turned my hard bread roll into breadcrumbs for future steak breading, sandwich bread turned into croutons, and corn tortillas turned into tortilla chips. It is thinking outside the box that helps.
