#today i was productive at work despite the meetings. in the afternoon i went to physical therapy for my shoulder, where my phys therapist accidentally induced my vertigo while testing for nerve-related pain. now i'm home and hoping the vertigo goes away (it is much less intense than it was earlier).

for #foodiefriday, breakfast was a bowl of cereal like almost every day, lunch was a toasted roast beef sandwich like almost every day, and dinner was Amy's vegan Spinach and Cheeze Ravioli.

This Roasted Butternut Squash and Apple Soup is made with caramelized squash and sautéed apples. It is wonderful as a main dish served with a salad and grainy bread, or as an opening course for a larger meal.

The soup is garnished with a swirl of Maple Crème Fraîche, then topped with pecans and red currants and finished with a dusting of nutmeg.

Well...let's get into this foodie Friday thing...no breakfast, just a couple of cups of coffee to jump start my brain...for lunch, 2 chicken drumsticks that I marinated over night in soy sauce worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning along with some roasted potatoes...and for dinner two tacos from the leftovers and that is it for the day....
