Early morning. Making stuffed #BitterMelon #soup . This is another one of our fave #traditional #ComfortFoods & I eat it with plain white rice; dipping pieces in soy sauce.
Stuffing is ground pork, rice vermicelli & green onions. Broth is made from pork bones.
