第一次吃生腌虾,感想是……除了颜色不太一样,味道口感和熟的也差不太多诶……
是我做的狗浇尿哇!(一款青海面食,和狗尿木有关系)初中毕业那年去西北旅游时吃到的,从此便一直念念不忘,前阵子在下厨房搜到了菜谱,于是撸起袖子一口气擀了好多张,多余的放冰箱冷冻,想吃的时候下锅煎一下就完事儿。因为菜谱里除了「香豆粉」并没有加入其他佐料,所以成品和自己当年吃的相比到底平淡了一些,但也足够打发我的嘴馋了。
刚刚又烙一张,因为饼粘在铁锅上没法翻面,我干脆用铲子把饼铲成了好多块,结果意外收获了咬一口扑簌簌掉渣的香脆口感。嗯……向自己的厨子sense致敬 :BlobhajTinyHeart:
