#TomatoPaste is reducing away in the oven. We always freeze the surplus so they peel easily when it's time to make paste. Simmer overnight on the stovetop, run through a #FoodMill then onto an oiled #SheetPan at 200F, stir and respread every 30 minutes or so until thick & pasty. Cool & freeze in recipe-sized portions. #summer #garden #bounty
