So I got a book about #fermentation for Christmas. Want to learn and start with some bits. Anyone recommend a place where I can buy some decent jars or will Kilner do the job (pricey however)

Please help me out: Yesterday, I made these for tea. Red lentils, water, spices. In all the recipes I've found they're called 'red lentil crêpes' or pancakes, wraps etc. But I guess there's an Indian name – masoor dal something? They were lovely, btw, served with hummus (!), spicy roasted cauliflower, and some raita. #foodquestion #indiancooking #indianfood
