Once the #food #agriculture #conglomerates get on the #plantbased wagon, everything starts stampeding towards #vegetarian and #vegan offerings (good!). Once you have a whole #NewJersey full of #foodscientists and #chemists working on making plant-based taste indistinguishable from, and #economiesofscale kick in, and cost parity is reached its just a matter of time.
