I was shocked when I heard about someone wanting to go the route of assisted suicide because our disability support is so bad, but now it's just 'normal'. I'm on ODSP myself but it's 1/3 the cost of living. it's not even enough to rent a 1 bedroom let alone pay for food. and the disabled tend to have extra expenses. The government is letting people in need choose suicide over care. just like with the homeless population
