#BoltCMS seems be lacking in decent tutorials, and the top results are tutorials on how to exploit a RCE bug.

#ForkCMS has the index.php is in the root directory, and a huge .htaccess file just makes me cringe.

#CraftCMS seems to have a lot of people posting all sorts of stuff for it, so I'm going to play around with that.
