@futurebird To my shame I've only ever included one insect in my palaeoart, and it was being devoured by a vertebrate (Lapillopsis nana). It is a probable neuropteran, whose head capsule was preserved inside an Early Triassic vertebrate coprolite, earning it the manuscript name Coprocephalus. Sadly it doesn't look like it ever got formally published.
