I’ve learned to surf in my 40s & am now proud to be halfway competent.
Age is just a number 🏄
And yet my insomnia hit so bad last night because if I even sniff sugar or carbs after 8pm I’m ruined 😭.

What's the weather like in your part of the world right now?

It's pretty cold here in Winston Salem as you can see. Supposed to warm up to 43F which isn't too bad.
