Arvo, Toots! I’m. So. Tired. Instead of doing the sensible thing and having a nap, I have done some odd jobs today: sewn up the door stop that was leaking sand by the front door (but still can’t find my sewing tin with all my good thimbles!); vacuumed the sand the doorstop spilled; cleaned the loo; and shredded a 15 litre tub of old paperwork.

Evening, Toots! Slow day here today- I cleaned one shelf in the fridge and after that my #MECFS said I was done. Partner worked hard, draught-proofing the lounge room with some foam tape and a staple gun, and is also exhausted.
Today’s #BroochOfTheDay continues the #Gothic #Tea theme from yesterday - I knew I’d find the teapot that (almost) matched! From #FracturedLace again, the long earrings and teapot that make up the set. I don’t think I’ve ever worn the whole lot at once.

Today’s #BroochOfTheDay is a pair from #FracturedLace, in Brisbane. They were a club exclusive and came with a story, “When the Grim Reaper Came to Tea”, in 2018. I also have a matching teapot #brooch (somewhere!) and earrings.
