In the last couple of hours, I have stumbled twice on the stairs. Got very overheated walking to pick up a package at the security gate.

I shredded the skin on a different elbow each time. Injury is approximately dime size in both cases. The photo is a slightly blurry image of the that has stopped bleeding. Still stings though.

I rubbed up against a doorframe a few minutes ago, and as is so frequently the case, tore my forearm skin. I truly believe my skin is becoming even more fragile. And rather quickly at that. Ugh

I have "fragile skin". Have had for years now. So today, I accidentally scraped my left forearm, and took off about a 2 inch square of the top layer of skin. That really stings and bled rather freely. I've got a gauze pad on it. Ugh.
