V2 of a #FramerMotion button that outputs either button, or anchor tag now uses a custom typeguard.

Because IF with "href in params" worked only inside the IF block. Outside the block, typescript was still like "is a button or anchor, we may never know 🤷‍♂️"

Allowed me to remove the need to typecast for prop extraction and rest spreading. Code completion works flawlessly too.

Started experimenting with #FramerMotion today to start making beautiful animations. I started with my mobile navbar, which now has a cool circle reveal animation when you open it!

The website still has a 99 Lighthouse score, so I optimized it fairly well
