Freddi Fish and Luther's vacation to Conch Bay yielded an incredible discovery. A strange creature that neither of them had ever seen living under the sea before. Freddi and Luther only heard stories of such bizarre beings living on dry land, yet there he was! Swimming, talking and breathing like any other fish! The stranger called Ray was a gentle and friendly creature, however, and took both Freddi and Luther on many adventures.
