In Nashville there is a new-ish apartment complex about 800 meters or so from the downtown water treatment plant. It’s now called the Pressley (I think) but it was formerly named The Duke.

That always amused me.

Ran a few miles down there a couple days ago. The aroma was…unpleasant.

If you’re planning on moving here, and all evidence indicates that you are, don’t move into the doo-doo palace.

Me: Oh, thanks! Do you have orchids too?

@loveisgrief I recall in the #freeadvice.com forums a story where a visiting cheerleader team showed up to a high school & could not find the visitor locker rooms so the coach instructed the girls to change in the hallway. That hallway had video surveillance. An upset mother approached the law advice forum & asked if minors being videotaped changing was legally actionable. Lawyers said: No, GTFO
