That's a lovely idea!

It sounds a bit like #Freecycle. We've given away books, televisions, a mirror and so on, and got back garden soil, plants and compost bins. It works well.

I find that Montreal folks seem to use freecycle more than TN, but compare to Ottawa which uses both equally; or some other cities which use TN more (or solely) rather than Freecycle.

I like that neither site is tied to Facebook or other big sites like that, far more accessible :)

3rd gen iPad had memory freak-out today. It died a horrible death after a few months of this in 2020 and I lost everything on it when I had to reformat. I believe in making electronics last a long time, but it might be time to replace it. If anyone has an older one that isn't good enough for you anymore but can still do app updates and is interested in passing it along I will give it a loving home and many more years of use.
