Jovian Chronicles was possibly my favorite, with Mutant Chronicles ( unrelated ) being a second. The D&D Spelljammer campaign setting, despite being D&D, has always held a special place in my heart. I also prefer Shadowrun vs Cybperunk2020, but both are good.
