J’ai repris Disney+ pour regarder #TheBadBatch S2 et ce soir ce fut #FreeGuy. Ce film est tout bonnement génial. Regardez le si vous en avez l’occasion.

Ryan Reynolds est d’un naturel étonnant.

Et tant de références visibles ou un peu moins à des jeux vidéos et d’autres films.

Ich suche einem Film, den ich vor ~20 Jahren mal gesehen hab, wo eine Figur in einem Computerspiel Bewusstsein entwickelt und Fremdsteuerung und ewiger Wiederholung durch Auslöschung entkommen möchte (wobei des ein Nebenhandlungsstrang des Films ist).

Die Figur kann mit jemandem in der sogenannten realen Welt reden, und der soll ihm helfen.

Ich hab sie optisch als stämmigen Mexikaner (?) mit halblangem schwarzen Haar und Lederjacke in Erinnerung.

Just watched #FreeGuy for the first time. I have to say I really enjoyed that and loved all the little gaming references throughout.

Ok so I just watched #FreeGuy and couldn't recommend it enough. It's about this guy who has a dead end job and feels kinda happy with it until he realizes that his entire world is run by sociopaths who think of him as just a background character not worthy of recognition or even continued existence.

So he organizes his fellow NPCs to start a #GeneralStrike in an effort to build a #socialist paradise in which the profit motive has been removed altogether.

How is this not the ultimate allegory for our times?
