It's just standard corporate law "make sure workers have no rights to their work" stuff and so I don't normally get a lot of pushback. It just makes all contracting agreements take longer, which is annoying

Not to mention the number of contracts that waive the right to even claim you performed the work or require them to admit you did.
Always insist on a portfolio/case study clause!
